What we collect
Enquiry answers (amount band, term, product interest, account type, timeline), your name, email and UK phone number, consent records, and — only with cookie consent — campaign attribution (UTM parameters, GCLID).
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry (your consent and our legitimate interests), to send marketing only if you opted in, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
If you submit an enquiry, we share your details only with the provider or partner we introduce you to, for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet our legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@fixedwise.co.uk. You may complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
